MALECO electric hose reels are manufactured using high quality materials to ensure durability and optimum performance:

  • Bronze: Resistant to corrosion and wear, ideal for marine and industrial applications.
  • Stainless Steel: Offers excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life, particularly suitable for aggressive environments.
  • Brass: With antibacterial properties and high mechanical resistance, it is suitable for various technical applications.

The internal passages vary from ¾” to 1”½, ensuring low pressure losses thanks to the accurate study of fluid dynamics.

Structure

Available in Carbon Steel with polyester coating, hot dip galvanizing or Stainless Steel to adapt to different operating and environmental conditions.

Assembly

  • Positioning: They can be mounted upside down, horizontally, with inlets positioned on the right or left.
  • Customization: The electric motor position can be chosen either on the right or left, according to the specific installation needs.
  • Locking: During winding and unwinding operations, different braking options are available to ensure safety and control. These can be manual or electrically remote controlled.
  • The guides can be applied at the top or bottom of the drum or fixed directly to the support of the reel structure.
  • Features: Designed to allow the operator to unwind the hose even in an angled position, avoiding jamming in the drum or structure.
  • Adaptability: The universal oscillating drum is suitable for 12/24 Vdc electric rewinding, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
