Vehicular Fire Hose Reels

- Bronze: Resistant to corrosion and wear, ideal for marine and industrial applications.
- Stainless Steel: Offers excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life, particularly suitable for aggressive environments.
- Brass: With antibacterial properties and high mechanical resistance, it is suitable for various technical applications.
The internal passages vary from ¾” to 1”½, ensuring low pressure losses thanks to the accurate study of fluid dynamics.
Structure
Carbon Steel with polyester coating, hot dip galvanizing or Stainless Steel to adapt to different operating and environmental conditions.
Power
- Swivel Type: Allows smooth rotation, avoiding twisting and stress on the hose during winding and unwinding operations.
- Manual Rewinding: Simple and reliable, ideal for situations where electricity is not available.
Assembly
MALECO manual reels offer flexibility in assembly:
- Positioning: They can be mounted upside down, horizontally, with inlets positioned on the right or left.
- Customization: The position of the manual brake and crank can be chosen either on the right or left, according to the specific installation needs
- Locking: During winding and unwinding operations, different braking options are available to ensure safety and control. These can be manual or electrically remote controlled.
- Positioning of the Guides: The guides can be applied at the top or bottom of the drum or fixed directly to the support of the winder structure.
- Features: Designed to allow the operator to unwind the hose even at an angle, avoiding jamming in the drum or the structure.
- Adaptability: The universal oscillating drum is suitable for manual rewinding, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
