MALECO DRY POWDER SYSTEMS are designed and built according to the specific technical requirements of the various customers and the products are certified according to the regulation 2014/68/EU (EX PED 97/23/EC), ASME VIII DIV. I. The construction materials of the swivel joint of the reel hose are made of anti-friction material such as bronze with composite gaskets VITON + PTFE with internal passages of 1 min and 12 sec, with very low pressure losses thanks to the study of the internal fluid dynamics carried out by MALECO.

• N. 1 nitrogen tank capacity 14 lt or 27 lt loaded at 200 bar with nitrogen complete with manual or electric quick exhaust valve for remote control T-PED certified

• N. 1 control panel with valves for system control
• Flexible hoses connecting high and low pressure
• Device for opening the discharge valve
